We also put a twist on our traditional Berkshire bacon. Prior to being smoked, it is rubbed carefully with a healthy measure of singer's Significant meat's famous pastrami rub. It provides a peppery & sweet profile to this bacon and bring significant flavor. this is going to be the best damn bacon you've ever had.

 

Our Bacon is sold in half-pound vacuum sealed portions. Each half-pound is between 7-9 slices.

WE RECOMMEND COOKING THE BACON IN THE OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20-30 MINUTES, DEPENDING ON PERSONAL PREFERENCE. THIS ALLOWS THE BACON TO COOK AT AN OVERALL EQUAL TEMPERATURE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAN FRY, COOK AT A LOWER TEMPERATURE AND FLIP IT A FEW TIME. NEVER TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE BACON. EVER.
