Local hand-picked virginia red-skinned peanuts, raw cane sugar, and sea salt
we smoke half of the peanuts and roast the other half, combine them with raw cane sugar and sea salt and grind it all into a ridiculously smooth treat that has become a fan favorite. the name is inspired by a dc-hometown favorite, but represents the delicious balance this peanut butter brings to the table!
Half-smoked peanut butter comes in an 8 oz glass jar.

Smoked Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 C turbinado sugar
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C (or more!) Half-Smoked Peanut Butter
1/2 C softened butter
1 free range egg
1 1/4 c white flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Mix sugars, peanut butter, butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
2. Heat oven to 375ºF.
3. shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. place about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped into turbinado sugar.
4. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
5. eat, enjoy, and spread the goodness!
