black pug local pulled pork is sold frozen in a sealed deli container. each half pound portion makes two large bbq sandwiches.

"Curly W" Pulled pork sandwiches for all
2 lb all natural local black pug pulled pork
1/2 - 1 cup virginian apple-mustard bbq sauce
8 pack martin's sandwich potato rolls
honeycrisp slaw:
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 c Duke's mayonnaise
1/3 c honey
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 medium green cabbage
1/2 medium purple cabbage
2 large carrots, peeled, julienne
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
4 honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, julienne.
slaw Directions:
Prepare the Cider Dressing. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients together until well blended. Set aside.
Prepare the salad. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, scallions, parsley, and apples. Pour in the reserved dressing and toss until well blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving, mixing the salad at least once to evenly distribute the dressing.
Directions:
Lightly toast buns. mix sauce well with warmed pork. mound on buns & top with apple slaw. take small bites and make it last!
